With more than 15 years of experience working with people in demanding professional environments, he understands the pressures that often lead to stress, conflict and emotional overwhelm.

His coaching focuses on helping people recognise and shift the internal patterns that keep them stuck, creating space for clearer thinking, calmer decisions and healthier relationships.

Having experienced the transformative power of this work in his own life, Quentin now shares the Open Acceptance Method to help others find the same sense of peace, clarity and inner stability.

I know what it’s like to feel trapped inside your own mind.

For years, I battled depression, anger, a stressful career and the weight of failed relationships.

At my lowest point, I found myself sitting alone, a gun in my hand, about to give up on life.

In that moment, I hit rock bottom and a quiet voice within me spoke—“There is another way to do life.”

That moment changed everything.

I didn’t know what “other way” was, but I was determined to find it.

My search led me to Renier and the Open Acceptance Method, and through the process, I experienced what I can only describe as a rebirth.

I discovered that anger was never the problem—my resistance was.

 

It was my non-acceptance.

The more I learned to accept what I felt, the lighter I became. Depression softened. Clarity returned. My heart opened and love—for myself and others—began to flow again.

My relationships have transformed into something that I once thought was only seen in movies.  
 

Above all, I am at peace within myself.
 

Today, I share this work with people who feel lost, heavy, or afraid—those who know there must be another way, even if they can’t see it yet.

My approach is simple: presence, perspective, and practice.
